      Just a lot of information about what those things are purported to do with some guidelines on what is proven to be dangerous. This is probably the best pregnancy "handbook" I've read yet. I have the "what to expect" on too, but it can't hold a candle to this one. This one is good for women and their partners who want to be pregnant "outside the box".
