It's a great book, one I'll keep forever and pass along to friends if they ever require it Jun 23, Kristen rated it it was amazing. My favorite preggo book by far - perhaps it's because the approach is most aligned with my thinking, but I love the way the book integrates conventional and alternative approaches to pregnancy, labor, and newborn care. The best thing about it is very well-informed discussions of the various decisions that need to be made during pregnancy and birth. The information on how to treat common illnesses and pregnancy symptoms is also great.
